Busy April. Traveling, and escaping. Now, May has almost gone, and I finally have time to sit down, write about Acts.
I felt ashamed.
Knowing there is nothing to be ashamed of, I still feel like I should be ashamed of that I did not finish reading my Bible plan on time. That is what the enemy was trying to get to me.

Luke, the author of Gospel of Luke, may be the author of Acts. “ACTS 1:1 The former account I made…” These two books combine into a joint work, with the first part describing the life of Jesus and salvation through His resurrection, and the second part telling how His disciples followed Jesus, especially the life of Apostel Peter and Apostel Paul. Acts demonstrated an excellent model of how a Christian can live out his or her life.

Here are some highlights and comments based on my reading notes.

Acts 1:7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” 使徒行传 1:7 耶稣回答说：“天父照祂的权柄定下的时间、日期不是你们可以知道的。1:8 但圣灵降临在你们身上后，你们必得到能力，在耶路撒冷、犹太全境和撒马利亚，直到地极，做我的见证人。”

Holy Spirit is a promise from the God, is the presence of Jesus Christ. After receiving the Holy Spirit,

Matthias, “Acts 1:25 to take part in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.”
使徒们祷告，并抽签选出了取代犹大的人，马提亚。

As promised, when the apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit, they began to speak in tone. The whole town gathered to see, many were amazed by the languages the Apostles were speaking, and some thought the Apostles were drunk by the new wine. 圣灵充满圣徒他们就说方言。城里的人觉得很新奇，跑来围观，还有人以为他们一大早就点就喝醉酒，其实不然。

Peter gave sermon among the crowds. 【讲道1】and the Apostles lived together like communism. 彼得便在众人当中讲道，随后，信徒们聚在一起过上了共产主义生活 （是的我也觉得很稀奇）。
Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” 38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.” 使徒行传 2:37 他们听了彼得的话，觉得扎心，就对彼得和其他使徒说：“弟兄们，我们该怎么办呢？” 38 彼得说：“你们每一个人都要悔改，奉耶稣基督的名受洗，使你们的罪得到赦免，你们就必领受上帝所赐的圣灵。 39 因为这应许是给你们和你们的儿女，以及远方的人，就是所有被主——我们的上帝呼召的人。”

随后故事的发展真是颠沛流离，彼得和约翰相约去圣殿，在圣殿门口，彼得凭着耶稣的名，让一个多年残疾病卧在圣殿门口的瘸腿站立了起来（我有听过几个在这个故事上延伸讨论的讲道，这是一个经典情节）。在场围观的百姓都惊呆了，彼得便对这些惊奇的犹太人传扬基督。【讲道2】但因为传道，彼得和约翰被捕。在他们被审讯的时候，圣灵充满他们，让他们非常有智慧的回答了大祭司 （4:11-12； 18-20）。
I don’t quite understand the death of Ananias. He supposed not to lie about the money he gained from selling his land. A death? 亚拿尼亚和他妻子卖地捐献，明明私藏了钱却欺骗圣灵，都分别当场暴死。

主借着使徒们行了很多神迹奇事，使徒们为此遭迫害，但他们却为有资格为主的名受辱而欢喜。

Gamaliel’s Advice:” Acts 5:38 And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; 39 but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it—lest you even be found to fight against God.” 迦玛列说的智慧话：“38 所以，像现在这种情形，我劝大家还是不要管他们，随他们去吧。他们的计划和行为如果是出于人意，终必失败； 39 但如果是出于上帝，你们不但无法阻止他们，恐怕反而是在抵挡上帝！”

司提凡被拣选出来管理膳食。因为他做事充满恩惠和能力，被人做假见证拘捕了。他讲述了上帝为以色列人所做的一切。【讲道3】但人们听不进去，还扔石头砸死了他 （殉道 7:59-60）。

扫罗（未来的保罗）到处迫害基督徒。他在追赶基督徒前往大马士革的路上，神突然给了他异象，眼前一亮，他的双眼就黑了。他听见神问他为什么要迫害基督徒，也为此三天不吃也不喝。神在亚拿尼的异象中，叫他去按手在扫罗的身上为他祷告。亚拿尼纠结了但还是遵照神的旨意去了，按手为扫罗祷告。扫罗的眼睛上便有鳞片似的东西掉下，他就看见了。再次看见的他接受了受洗，并四处宣讲耶稣是神的儿子。（经典情节）

The Holy Spirit Falls on the Gentiles. 哥尼流应神的旨意邀请彼得到他家，彼得也按照神的旨意，把福音传给了外邦人（还有我~）。
Acts 10:15 And a voice spoke to him again the second time, “What God has cleansed you must not call common.” 16 This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again. 15 那声音又一次对他说：“上帝已经洁净的，你不可再称之为不洁净。” 16 这样一连三次之后，那块布就被收回天上去了。

Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him. 34 彼得说：“现在我深深地明白，上帝不偏待人。 35 无论哪一个民族，只要敬畏祂，秉公行义，都会蒙祂接纳。

希律王下手残杀教会的人，并把彼得关进了监狱。天使带彼得从监狱里毫不费力的就走了出来。后来，希律王因为没有把致词荣耀归给上帝，当初被虫子要死了（后来发生的这部分我不是很理解）。

扫罗改名为保罗后，与巴拿巴一同去传福音。【讲道4】他们四处讲神的道，又四处被人赶走。当然，撕碎衣服也是必不可少的。当群众要把保罗和巴拿巴当做神灵一样侍奉和献祭的时候，他们俩怒了，撕裂了衣服！他们这样走走停停，在四处建立和培养教会。最后，他俩因为是否要带上约翰而起了争执，在安提阿分道扬镳。

随后保罗的传道路程就少不了被人诬告，诽谤，假见证，和谋害。但神和圣灵都一直与他同在，也有天使为他指路。

在雅典，有这么一段描述：21 这些雅典人和侨居在那里的人没有别的嗜好，只喜欢谈论和打听一些新奇的事。22 保罗在亚略·巴古论坛中站起来说：“各位雅典人，我看得出你们在各方面都非常虔诚。 23 我在街上走的时候，观察了你们所敬拜的对象，发现一座祭坛上面写着‘献给未知之神’。 这位你们不认识却在敬拜的神明，我现在介绍给你们。
在以弗所发生的骚乱，也像是我曾在小组中学习到的一样，保罗传扬神的路，因为威慑到了当地的亚底米女神庙，差点被人抓走。

后来，保罗在圣灵的催促下，前往耶路撒冷。他知道，那个方向，前面必有监禁和苦难等着他。就像大家祷告时，圣灵所警告过的，保罗在耶路撒冷被捕，他也是很有脾气很聪明的人，一路状告到了凯撒那里。【讲道5】
保罗被送往罗马的路上，惊涛骇浪，船被迫搁浅在了一个小岛上。这一段，保罗的信心是让我非常敬佩的。他能够牢牢地抓住神的应许，坚定的在最困难的时刻仰望神。

神曾经让保罗失明，但再次看见的保罗，看见了神的爱和救恩。

在使徒行传上下全文一共出现了好几次讲道的情景，并且讲道的话语也是详细的记载。如果有弟兄姐妹和我一样有被呼召想要传讲神的国，那这些讲道是值得我们细细学习的。并且，我们从经文中可以学习到，使徒们都是听着圣灵的呼召，做神所喜悦的事。前几天我曾思考，如果神呼召我，我是不是能放下所有，跟随神的安排呢。随即我便想起，我有时候知道神所喜悦的那个决定，我自己却没有办法说服自己。反而是在内心尝试说服神：”你知道我也是情不得已的。说不定呢，说不定是你的安排呢。我希望你能理解我的苦衷。” 不知道，你们是否也曾，尝试这样来说服神。
